Competition for Clube Sírio Libanês

Together with Toledo Ferrari, KOM participated in the competition for a new project to be built on the site where the Clube Sírio Libanes is currently located in Santos. KOM created two towers, one fully residential with independent access from Rua José Caballero, and one commercial tower, with access from Av. Dona Ana Costa. The lobbies for the club and for the commercial tower share the same drop off on the base of this building. The club is also located on the first two floors, and the remaining levels are occupied with small offices and large corporate spaces.
