Shopping Vale Sul Expansion

The Shopping Vale Sul expansion project, involving an area of 400,000 SF, started with the creation of a plaza that seeks to organize the circulation and a future expansion. The angled geometry of the new areas destined to the supermarket and cinema marries well with the more delicate curves and lighting of the plaza.

The large dimensions of the plaza create a great area for gathering and allows for events without interfering with the circulation of the center.

The area previously occupied by the Tenda supermarket was transformed into a new mall with approx. 100,000sf, making the connection between the newly remodeled shopping center and the expansion. The intense use of natural lighting through skylights makes the expansion malls a perfect setting for shopping.
