Shopping Mogi Guaçú

The site for the Mogi Guaçu shopping center is aprox. 880,000 SF and close to the Mogi Guacu downtown of, where an old ceramics factory used operate.
The center is being designed to follow sustainability concepts such as natural ventilation in all common areas and integration of the local nature and culture on the landscape project and environmental design.
The complete master plan for the area considers that residential and commercial buildings be built on surrounding sites, which will have exclusive and direct connections to the center.
There will be over 200,000 SF of GLA in the first phase of the project and an additional 50,000 SF of GLA is planned for a future expansion.
