Shopping Tamboré – Expansion 2

The expansion totals 600,000sf of building area. This project was developed in partnership with Design Corp, a Canadian design firm. In addition to adding small stores and small and large anchor, the expansion also adds restaurants to the food court, a gourmet section and approx. 3,000 parking spaces on a new garage. The upper level will have a bowling alley and games geared towards kids and teenagers.

The open air mall, a concept rarely used in Brazil, and the use of modern materials and differentiated lighting, make it more inviting to the shoppers. The existing mall will also go through renovations.
