This mixed use project is located in a central neighborhood in Campo Grande, next to a convention center. The site has 1,050,000sf and a Shopping Center with 450,000sf of GLA occupies most of the land. The center will be connected to two corporative towers, a hypermarket and a home center. In the main entrance of the shopping center will a heavily landscaped open mall with restaurants, cinema, bowling alley, bookstore and other specialty stores.
