The Outlet will be designed as an open shopping center, and will be located on BR-116 in the city of Novo Hamburgo. There will be a total of 200.000sf of GLA with over 100 stores, 6 restaurants and over 20 fast food restaurants.

The theme of the mall was based on local culture with a main plaza resembling an urban village with intriguing landscape and stores around it. This plaza serves as an entryway to the whole project, connecting to the malls that widen in certain areas, creating plazas along the way. The mall leads the shopper to a grand restaurant hall, with an outdoor deck that looks over the trees and a stream that is part of the site. On the opposite end of the outlet is a food court with high ceiling and large side openings, to allow natural lighting and ventilation into the space.
