Maxi Shopping Jundiaí - Renovation

The renovation project covers an area of 125,000sf, and includes the malls, main plaza, convenience corridor, food court and its expansion. The new layout for the food court creates unique areas, with natural lighting, intriguing floor design and furniture. The malls had their floor and ceilings redone, in a design that is based on the lines adopted in the previous expansion. On the main plaza we chose a ceiling that would give the large skylight movement, and lower the amount of heat that was being gained and overloading the air conditioning system. The existing water feature was removed, allowing for an event and seating area. A smaller water feature was maintained, but with a more geometric design and modern landscape.
