The renovation of this 1985 Shopping Center follows the intensive growth of São José dos Campos and the cities around it.

The project, that also includes a few new stores, consists of renovating the entrances, promoting a better integration of the building and its surroundings. The exterior renovation consists of new and exuberant landscaping and to update the buildings façade with displays and lighting.

The food court will be updated following new trends, creating a more pleasing and unique experience for the users. The entire mall will receive new floors, ceiling and decoration creating a more contemporary atmosphere for the center.
