This 130,000 SF  20 levels tower is destined to an innovative use: it is a “flat” (small apartments with services) destined to senior users, offering the needed infra-structure and specialized services in addition to the services offered in regular “flats” in the city.
The project, that is the result of the dream Hospital Santa Catarina had in developing a project geared for this type of user, was conceived to satisfy the needs and solve some of the routine problems senior citizens deal with, such as difficulties to walk, constant medical assistance, social integration and leisure activities. The excellent location of the building, next to Avenida Paulista and the Santa Catarina Hospital, facilitates access to the building by visitors and offers all the benefits of being in a central urban location to the residents.
