Loteamento Village Vert, located in a 18,500,00sf site in Matão, was planned as a sustainable community. Within it’s bounds you can find residential, commercial, institutional, green, light industrial (destined to technology and research) and service areas. The site is accessed by Rodovia Brigadeiro Faria Lima (SP-326) and Estrada Vicinal Clito Bastia, which allows for easy connection to the downtown of Matão and Araraquara.

The roadway system separates the project in four areas, that area connected through a grand plaza where the main commercial center is located. The residential areas are composed of 2,500sf and 3,500sf sites distributed organically and orthogonally throughout the site. The institutional sites, destined for hospitals, schools, churches and sport venues, are located next to the main streets, and are distributed throughout the project. The green areas are located where the best views are and are integrated with the small creeks on the site. Small commercial areas are also strategically located throughout the site.
