Master Plan Lagoa Quente

The project is a masterplan for aprox. 4,300,00 SF of land next to an aquatic park located on the edge o the Piratininga River, in the city of Caldas Novas in Goiás. For this area, we studied a hotel complex of 5 buildings, a commercial area, townhouses and four gated residential communities.
