The commercial tower is located in the exclusive area of Jardins in São Paulo, only a few blocks away from Avenida Paulista.
The site presents numerous planning restrictions, forcing the project to have staggered floors, which gives it a unique design.
There is total of 8 level, with 4 units of 5,000 SF on the first 4 levels and 4 units of 2,000 SF on the last four. All levels have great views of the neighborhood and plenty of natural lighting.
