Nova São Paulo is located in a site of approx. 320,000 sf, with access from Av. Nações Unidas and Av. Eng. Eusébio Stevaux.

The project consists of creating a boulevard that connects the mainly residential areas of the neighborhood (Av. Eng. Eusébio Stevaux) to Av. Nações Unidas, where a long linear park will in the future connect the neighborhood to Shopping SP Market.

In the center of the proposed boulevard is a small retail and restaurants area, through which the connection to the towers is made.

The complex consists of 2 corporate towers with slabs of 12,000sf and 18,000sf, one commercial tower with offices from 800sf to 1,200sf and one mixed use tower, with residential condos between 500sf and 650sf and office condos between 450sf and 600sf.
