Castelo Branco Office Park

The office park is composed of six large scale office towers, with corporate units of approximately 25,000sf on each floor.

The towers overlook a central plaza that serves as leisure area to the office users. This landscaped plaza connects the offices to a lower scale building, also part of the project, that holds deck parking, offices and an outlet mall on the ground floor where the food court is. The complex totals approximately 5,500,000sf.
